Tallahassee Fla. – Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Robert Stork and Mark Bostick to the Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees.

Robert Stork

Stork, of Vero Beach, is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Communications International. He has volunteered his time with Florida TaxWatch, the State Government Efficiency Task Force and the Indian River Exchange Club. He has served on the Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees since 2012 and was also named Citizen of the Year by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. Stork is a graduate of Indian River Community College.

Mark Bostick

Bostick, of Lake Wales, is Chairman of Commercial Warehousing, Inc. and the former President of Comcar Industries. He is a past chairman of the Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees and has volunteered his time with the Winter Haven Hospital Board of Trustees, Federal Reserve Trade and Transportation Advisory Council and the Florida Council of 100. He is a past chairman of the Florida Trucking Association and was a founding general partner of the Tampa Bay Rays. Bostick earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and his master of business administration from Tulane University.

These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
