Tallahassee, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Jon Hennemyre, Kimberly Biegasiewicz and Philip DeBiasi to the Board of Nursing Home Administrators.

Jon Hennemyre

Hennemyre, of Parkland, is the Administrator at Memorial Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Pembroke Pines. Previously, he was a Senior Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations at Life Care Centers of America. Hennemyre is a member of the American Health Care Association and the Florida Health Care Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and education from Bowling Green State University.

Kimberly Biegasiewicz

Biegasiewicz, of Clermont, is the Vice President of Clinical Services for the Avante Group Orlando, a skilled nursing facility. She is a registered nurse with experience as a floor nurse, nursing supervisor and director of nursing. Biegasiewicz is a member of the Florida Association of Directors of Nursing and the Florida Health Care Association. She earned her associate of applied science in nursing from Suffolk Community College and her master of healthcare administration from Ashford University.

Philip DeBiasi

DeBiasi, of Fort Lauderdale, is the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Advocate Home Care. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Interno Group Holdings and Benemax USA. DeBiasi has volunteered his time with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, American Cancer Society, David Lawrence Center for Mental Health and the Private Care Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University.

These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
