Tallahassee, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointments of Elizabeth Justen and Steven Harvey to the Board of Commissioners of the South Broward Hospital District.

Elizabeth Justen

Justen, of Hollywood, has been the assistant executive director of the Sheriff’s Foundation of Broward County, a non-profit organization which funds community programs and initiatives, since 2015. Justen is the key account manager of OFB marketing, a manufacturer’s representation firm, since 2010. Justen has been the principal of The Marketing Experience, a market analysis company, since 2000. Justen earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from St. Edwards University. She is appointed to a four-year term.

Steven Harvey

Harvey, of Cooper City, is the Assistant Dean of Operations and Administration at Nova Southeastern University, a role he has served in since 1992. Harvey earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Nova Southeastern University. Harvey is appointed to a four-year term.
