Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointments of Stacy Youmans to the Fifth Circuit Court and Jeffrey Hendriks to the St. Lucie County Court.

Stacy Youmans

Youmans, of Ocala, has been a partner at Blanchard, Merriam, Adel & Kirkland since 2008. She previously served as a prosecutor for the Fifth Circuit State Attorney’s Office. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and her law degree from Mercer University. Youmans fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Willard Pope.

Jeffrey Hendriks

Hendriks, of Port St. Lucie, is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and has been a major crimes prosecutor for the 19^th Circuit State Attorney’s Office since 2016. He has previously served as a felony supervisor and an Assistant State Attorney for the 19^th Circuit State Attorney’s Office. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and his law degree from Stetson University. Hendriks fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Phillip Yacucci.
